Dravori LLC provides digital presence services including website design and development, AI chatbot integration, marketing automation, and related consulting services to small businesses. Specific services, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect any existing service agreements.
Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement. Payment is due on the date specified in your invoice. Dravori LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom website content and design assets created specifically for them. Dravori LLC retains the right to display work in its portfolio. Third-party tools, platforms, and software remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during the design process, and payment for any third-party subscriptions required for their service tier as outlined in the service agreement.
Dravori LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment through the end of the current billing period. Dravori LLC may terminate services immediately for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pima County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
